Administrative Assistant



RESPONSIBILITIES:

Serves as primary administrative contact and liaison for the CEO. Gathers, assembles, prepares, and analyzes information and data from a variety of sources, under the direction of the CEO and senior management. Maintains senior executives calendars, arranges for meetings and appointments, prepares meeting minutes, makes travel arrangements, and processes expense reports and reimbursement.

Provides a wide range of complex administrative support and clerical tasks and interfaces with Customers, Marketing, Product Development, Finance and Operations. Performs day-to-day administration of the office, including maintenance of files, general administrative tasks, and communications. Prepares reports, manuals, agendas, correspondence and memoranda. Performs other duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of professional office experience, with 1-2 years in a similar position
  • Demonstrated good judgment, competence, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Must have excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage details accurately
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and effective communicate skills suitable for interacting with a range of audiences in a high-profile and professional environment
  • Must be computer literate and familiar with office technologies, including but not limited to the MS Office Suite, calendar applications, email programs, mailings, web browsers and social networking
  • Writing skills, with attention to detail and accuracy sufficient to compose effective and persuasive letters and other documents
  • Bachelors or equivalent degree in business or a closely related discipline is strongly preferred
